Sally J. Swanson

Senior Paralegal Sally Swanson has been with Kaplan, Strangis and Kaplan, P.A. since 2006. She assists attorneys with complex commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of corporate legal matters. Her work includes document preparation for real estate transactions and assisting with sophisticated transactional financing structures. In her capacity as paralegal, Sally assists with due diligence, closing, and funding of commercial and industrial real estate transactions throughout the United States, as well as preparing a variety of corporate documents for privately-held and public companies and maintaining corporate books.

Prior to her affiliation with Kaplan, Strangis and Kaplan, Sally worked for a respected mezzanine finance lending company in St. Paul, Minnesota, as well as a number of litigation and real estate law firms in the Twin Cities Metro area.
