Peggy Doeden

Senior Paralegal Peggy Doeden has worked in the legal profession since 1981 and has been with Kaplan, Strangis and Kaplan since 2003.

Peggy’s work is concentrated in the area of corporate law, including business entity formations, preparation and maintenance of corporate records, and corporate entity compliance. She is also involved in conducting due diligence review and drafting closing documents on a variety of transactions, including credit loan facilities and mergers and acquisitions.
