Mr. Parker concentrates his practice in business and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions for both public and private companies, securities and executive compensation. In addition to his depth of knowledge in these areas, Mr. Parker credits his success and that of the firm to the strength and longevity of the attorneys’ relationships with each other and their clients.

Clients appreciate the devotion and personal service that Kaplan, Strangis and Kaplan provides, and Mr. Parker believes that the firm’s evident dedication to its clients makes it unique. He feels that the firm’s focus and philosophy enable him and the other attorneys to develop a profound understanding of each client’s needs and long-term goals.
